Hyperack recently collaborated with TKN Calcium in Ipoh to implement a custom drive-in pallet racking system that maximizes storage space and streamlines product accessibility. This solution was designed to address the company’s need for high-density storage while maintaining efficient inventory management.

The Challenge

TKN Calcium required a system that could store a large volume of pallets while utilizing their warehouse space efficiently. With limited aisle space, the challenge was to design a racking solution that allowed for deep storage of pallets without compromising product accessibility or inventory management.

Our Solution

We implemented a tailored drive-in pallet racking system that allows forklifts to drive directly into the racking structure to load and retrieve pallets. This system utilizes the full depth of the warehouse, creating high-density storage while maintaining ease of access to products. It is particularly well-suited for storing large quantities of similar items, optimizing space without sacrificing functionality.
