Hyperack recently partnered with CLF Trading in Mentakab to implement a custom double-deep pallet racking system that significantly optimized their warehouse space and improved inventory management. This project focused on creating an efficient solution to store a large volume of goods while maintaining quick access to products.

The Challenge

CLF Trading needed to increase their storage capacity without expanding their warehouse space. They required a solution that would allow them to store more pallets while still providing easy access to products for quick retrieval and better organization.

Our Solution

We implemented a tailored double-deep pallet racking system that efficiently utilizes available space by allowing pallets to be stored two-deep in each rack. This system maximizes vertical storage space and improves overall warehouse organization, while maintaining access to products through selective access on one side.
